July 22 ----- Gerald Anderson was quick to downplay notions that Sarah Geronimo is eager for more freedom, particularly pertaining to their relationship. Apparently, buzz goes that the Pop Princess wants to make her supposed romance with Anderson public save that her parents allegedly prevent her from doing so.

Just recently, the issue gained more ground after Geronimo expressed her desire to be given the gifts of freedom and love during her recent concert. The declaration was supposedly not part of the shows' script. Anderson, however, doesn't want to make a big deal of it, reasoning that Geronimo's statement could mean just about anything.

Anderson admitted that he was at the concert himself. He also revealed having gone to meet Geronimo's family backstage. In the same interview, Anderson insisted that he and Geronimo are still just friends. But Anderson, it seems, unwittingly confirmed rumors that he is now barred from visiting Geronimo at home when he is made to share how he and Geronimo communicates of late. Anderson said, "Sa ABS-CBN [Studios] minsan, pero sa bahay hindi."
